Payment
A non-refundable 100% payment is due. All payments are non-transferable.
Alaska Event Move-in Date and Time:
July 13, 2024 | 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM
Late arrival
Food Trucks that arrive after their scheduled time can be relocated to any location by the Promoter or may forfeit their event participation rights for that specific event.
Subleasing or Sharing
Registrants may not share or sublease their space; this use includes renting, sharing, donating, or allowing another company or person to display or advertise in your paid vehicle space. Non-exhibiting registrants cannot place stickers, placards, or other signs anywhere at the Event. Additionally, Registrants caught sharing or subleasing vehicle space will be charged an additional $1,000.00 Fee.
Force Majeure
If the event cannot take place, in whole or in part, because of an act of God, pandemic, national emergency, war, labor dispute, fire casualty, or other unforeseen occurrence or any other cause beyond the control of Promoter or which Promoter is unable to avoid by exercise of due diligence, Promoter shall have no obligation or liability whatsoever to registrant as a result thereof. Additionally, dates and locations of events may change at any time at the discretion of the Promoter.
